Needed only for BOND SHAREHOLDER: there a recording operation costs 0.01% of the nominal value of securities, minimum UAH 300 and maximum UAH 1,000. In package tariffs the price is fixed and does not depend on the amount.

Calculation terms
  • Custody above the package limit is charged monthly on the excess amount: INVEST — 0.0025%, PROFI — 0.001%.
  • BOND SHAREHOLDER for legal entities — custody fee for a full or partial month: UAH 200 / 250 / 300 / 350 / 400 / 450 by ranges up to UAH 5M; above UAH 5M — 0.01% of nominal value per month.
  • The BOND SMART and BOND PROSTO tariffs are available to individuals only and are not shown in this calculator — use the calculator for individuals for them.
  • Under the BOND SHAREHOLDER tariff all recording operations are charged, including those performed with the participation of SMART BOND.UA LLC: 0.01% of the nominal value of securities, but not less than UAH 300 and not more than UAH 1,000; blocking / unblocking securities — UAH 50 per operation.
  • The calculation includes the subscription fee, custody and the most common recording operations. Other services (international transfer of securities, paper documents, ballot processing, etc.) are paid separately at the current tariff.
  • The calculation is indicative and does not constitute a public offer. The depositor additionally reimburses actual expenses and third-party payments (taxes, fees, commissions of other institutions). The final terms are set by the securities account service agreement.
